We had Mr. Sandless out 8 year ago to refinish our wood floors in our 126 year old house! Before having them out we looked into traditional wood floor refinishing but found out what a terrible process it would be… expensive, and the contractors told us it would be days of not being able to use the floors on top of a week of terrible smell from the poly top coat. Mr. Sandless was out, did the job in 4-5 hours and it looked amazing!! Well since then, our family of 6 and 3 dogs have thoroughly lived life on these floors. We are now getting ready to sell our house and our beautiful floors barely have a dozen scuffs or scratches!! 4 kids and 3 dogs!! I can honestly say this is one of the best investments we made in our house that we completely rehabbed! Scot just came out for us and did a little touch up and they look brand new!!! Thank you Scot and Stacey! Our new buyers will love these floors like we did!! Ohhh and you can walk with socks on your floors 30 minutes after they finish AND there’s no terrible smell! You guys rock!!!

We had our kitchen, hallway and powder room re-done. It was a great experience from booking ( prompt reply with an estimate) quick response to schedule and 6 hours in and out. We chose the satin finish to better match the hardwood in adjacent rooms and they blend in beautifully! Highly recommend as an affordable , no mess alternative to sanding and refinishing!

I bought a commercial building with upstairs offices that had very neglected hardwood floors. At first glance the floor looked really bad, but I could tell there was custom workmanship underneath.
