I had this company come out to refinish my old hardwood floors in my 1960s home. Preston was very communicative about the estimate and was very detailed in how things were going to go and when. He managed to squeeze me in despite their busy schedule as well. Kathy went above and beyond with prepping/sanding/staining the floors. She was lovely to work with and very detailed oriented. They also added about 120 ft.² of hardwood into a dining room and made the transitions look beautiful. Preston even stayed late a few days to make sure that the jobs got done. Our dark engineered hardwood floors looked discolored and uneven finish because previous owners used mop n’ glow as a cleaning product (never use mop n’ glow on hardwood floors). Steve and Michael did an excellent job of stripping the floors back to the original finish and made the floor look so much better. We also had front doors that were faded from years of direct sunlight. They were able to make them look like new. All work completed over 2 days. Very reasonable price and such an improvement for us. The guys at Mr. Sandless we're great and did a really good job making our retired floor look almost new again. I would definitely recommend them if you want to have way less mess and time than sanding your floors. The cost is pretty reasonable too.

It is a wonderful thing when a job well done exceeds your expectations. This is exactly how I feel about the wonderful job that was done on my kitchen floor by Mr.Sandless. My old pine wood floors in my kitchen has seen better days. I was close to having them ripped out and replaced then I thought I would give this method a try. The work was done, thoroughly and professionally and on time the result was nothing short of amazing. To say I’m happy with the job is an understatement.
