I had my floors done in 3 rooms in one day. The employees were very nice, considerate and did an awesome job on my floors. Although they say it is 90% dustless, it is really closer to 95% dustless! Beautiful job!  We are so pleased with our new floor.   Our floor had been covered with carpet since we moved in 18 years ago and we had no idea it could look so wonderful.  Mike and his crew listened to our needs and made the experience very smooth.   We were able to move the furniture back in the same day, although I almost hated to put anything in the room because it looked so beautiful.  I recommend Mr Sandless to anyone considering hardwood refinishing.

I wanted to personally thank you, and of course your fellow crew members, for the phenomenal job that you did on my floors. What you were able to accomplish was just short of a miracle. As you are aware, the home we bought is over eighty years old. When we took up the carpet, we were faced with thousands of staples, paint embedded in the floor boards, water stains, pet stains, cracked and missing floor boards and much more. To put it mildly, the floors were an utter mess and frankly we were not sure that they could be salvaged. You and your team somehow managed to not only make the floors functional, you were actually able to bring the floors back to life which was no easy task. You clearly went above and beyond our expectations not only with respect to the finished product but with the time and energy you were willing to commit to complete this project and ensure our ultimate satisfaction.

I can honestly say that I rarely come across any person and/or company willing to go to the lengths, and long hours you put in, to complete a job. The final product definitely shows your hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction.  When we are ready to refinish the remaining floors in this house, or any other home we own, we will be sure to call you.

I got home from work yesterday and dropped my jaw when I saw your work.  These floors look brand new, and are beyond spectacular.  You could have changed twice as much and it still would have been a bargain for the value received.  Thank you Mr. Sandless!
