Hello Dan:  I want to send you a commendation for two of your crew members (Pat and Steve).  After having my floors done with your process, I cannot tell you how satisfied I was with the results.  However, My Mother tried to repair a small circle left by our large piano and made a mess.  I was frantic, since the floors were so impeccably beautiful.

Your men showed up in a timely fashion.  Not only were they knowledgeable in their art, but they were courteous, informative about what they would do to fix the problem and a pleasure to deal with.  They were certainly experts and well trained to do the job and fixed the problem so that the living room floor looks magnificent again.

A company is as good as its employees and you should know that everyone I have met, including the crew that first was here to do the whole house, are a credit to you and your company.  So often, people are quick to send a message of complaint.  I am sending you a message of congratulations not only on your product but on hiring proficient workers such as Pat and Steve to represent you.  I strongly
commend them for the job they did and am anticipating doing another bedroom and would request those two men to do the job.

Hi, My name is Maureen G. and I just had your men out to my house yesterday for refinishing my hardwood floors.  First I would like to commend Jerry, Jim and Matt for their professionalism.  They finished exactly when they said they would. They worked without stopping until the floor was finished. My husband and I were very impressed about how they went about their work, there was no dust and no odor, which is important as my husband is disabled and that was extremely critical in choosing Mr. Sandless.  My floors look better than they did when we first moved in! I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in having their floors refinished.

Last week Bruno, Dan and G re-finished my kitchen floor.  I was apprehensive because they told me that, with the process they use, there would be no dust created and it was not necessary to close off the room to keep sanding dust from getting into other rooms.  They even promised that if any dust did get on surfaces, they would personally clean it up.  True to their words, the little dust that settled on my countertops was promptly and efficiently cleaned.  I am ecstatic about the results of the job.  My kitchen floor looks as beautiful as it was when new 24 years ago!  My thanks to all three of these extremely professional and attentive technicians.  They know their craft and they did a great job!  Not only are they good at what they do, they are prompt, courteous and friendly and they produce exactly what they promise.  Thank you all for your efforts, you are truly great ambassadors for your employer.

Sandless refinishing of almost entire house. The whole crew worked very hard and explained to us what was happening and why. Because of the prior damage we do not know how well the finish will last but it looks really good so far. I am keeping my fingers crossed and as I told the crew they may see problems and issues that we will not see because they know what the floor is supposed to look like and how the finishing is supposed to work. My husband and I think it looks a million times better and even if there are problems down the road it will probably still look better than what it was like originally.

They were always on time, their knowledge was excellent, they knew what they were doing. The quality of work done was good. They had to match 85-year-old wood and they did a really good job. The crew arrived and were very personable. They described their system, evaluated the work to be done and went to work. The flooring in that room is oak with a walnut stain. It was well worn and when they finished, it was unbelievable! I keep looking at the floor, astounded by how good it looks without the traditional sanding method.

They did a great job as we have old, difficult floors. I like that they don t do any sanding as they just use a chemical to strip the wax off. It started out with one guy and he had to have two more come and help him because the wax was so hard to remove. The floors dried in an hour and it only took him one day to finish the job. I had to wait three hours before I could put my furniture back but the floor looks great and the guy was very polite.
